Shhh…It’s that time of year again!

Christmas is almost upon us!
As in past years we are supporting the undernoted charities.  Beside each group we have some suggested items which may be of help to you.

27th NOVEMBER - START UP STIRLING - CHRISTMAS COLLECTION DAY

“Christmas Fayre” Napkins, crackers, decorations, mince pies, Christmas puddings, sweets, Christmas stockings, selection boxes, chocolate biscuits, chocolate coins and cordial.
Normal food items will also be well received.
The collection will go towards our “Tonne in Twelve” Challenge.

SUNDAY 4th DECEMBER – CHRISTMAS GIFT SERVICE

SALVATION ARMY- Children’s toys and books for older children aged 8/ 9 and upwards, wrapped and labelled with suitable age and gender.

WOMEN’S AID - Childrens’ toys and books, wrapped and labelled with suitable age and gender. Little luxuries (bath products, chocolates etc) for ladies.

CORNTON VALE - The prison has very strict guidelines on gifts. We have been asked to donate shampoo, conditioner, soap, roll-on deodorant (NOT AEROSOL), normal sizes.

Gifts can be brought on these two Sundays or to the office the following week.

CHURCH CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON TEA
You are warmly invited to the Church Afternoon Tea on Saturday, 10 December from 2.30-4.30pm.
Please join us for a fun afternoon! Come and enjoy a small sherry, delicious home baking tea, varied entertainment by our own young and older members, a few carols and a visit from a special visitor.

​The car park will be closed to allow drop off’s close to the Chalmers Hall entry door and if you would like transport please phone the

CHRISTMAS WREATHS AND POT ARRANGEMENTS
These will be produced once more by the Flower Group and will be on sale in the vestibule after church service on Sunday, 11 December.
If a particular colour or design is required then please speak to one of the Flower Group and we will try and help.
